Echoes of the Earth FAQs

  • Out retreats our held in Jaco, Costa Rica, 90 mins just outside of San José. Guests should fly into SJO – Juan Santamaría International Airport. 90 mins to 2 hours from airport. You will need to book your own transportation. A welcome email with arrival day and villa location information will follow your booking confirmation and details with shuttle services or rental car providers.

  • Your retreat package includes:

    • 4 nights / 5 days in private or shared room

    • Daily breakfast & Light snacking

    • 1 chef-prepare dinners & 1 BBQ cooked by group

    • 1 group excursion

    • Daily yoga + meditation sessions lead by Traci 200hr

    • Sound healing and tuning fork experiences

    • Aqua Cranial healing treatment by Traci

    • Intro to Human Design Workshop

    • Goodie Bag

    • Special Guest Coaches

    • Flights are not included (*cost of flight $400-$800 depending on your location)

    • Travel & Trip insurance, we are not responsible for missing your flight, sickness, or injury.

    • You are responsible for you own Lunches and 2 Dinners (Night on the town) and any extra snacks you will need

    • Extra excursions you want to fit in.

  • Aqua Cranial is a gentle, water-based healing therapy that supports nervous system release and emotional reset. It’s deeply relaxing, safe for all ages and bodies, and included for every retreat guest. You will book your time with Traci before you arrive.

  • We want human beings not human doings…Ages 21 - 65 who are seeking relaxation, community, grounding experiences, self-care tips, + business advice (if you need it) and most important new connections by expanding your network with like-minded individuals.
