Echoes of the Earth FAQs

  • The retreat will be held in Jaco, Costa Rica, 90 mins just outside of San José. Guests should fly into SJO – Juan Santamaría International Airport. The villa is 90 mins from airport and the Shuttle transportation from SJO to the retreat villa is included in your package. A welcome email with shuttle plan information will follow your booking confirmation.

  • Your retreat package includes:

    • 4 nights / 5 days in a private or shared room

    • Daily breakfast & Light snacking

    • 2 chef-prepare dinners, & 1 BBQ cooked by group .

    • Round-trip shuttle to and from SJO airport

    • 1 group excursion (waterfalls, beaches, or jungle adventure)

    • Daily yoga + meditation sessions lead by Traci 200hr and Megan 200hr certified yoga teachers

    • Sound healing experiences

    • Aqua Cranial healing treatment by Traci

    • Intro to Human Design Workshop

    • Business Astrocartography readings by Nicole BZ

    • Mastermind-style Dinners every evening by Special Guest Nicole BZ Business Coach and Podcast host of You know Everything.

    • Goodie Bag

    • Flights are not included,

    • Travel & Trip insurance

    • You are responsible for you own Lunches and 1 Dinner (Night on the town) and any extra snacks you will need

  • Aqua Cranial is a gentle, water-based healing therapy that supports nervous system release and emotional reset. It’s deeply relaxing, safe for all ages and bodies, and included for every retreat guest. You will book your time with Traci before you arrive.

  • We want women ages 21 - 55 who are seeking relaxation, community, grounding experiences, self-care tips, business advice and most important new connections by expanding your network with like-minded individuals.
